By accessing or using HowLongUntil, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Use license & intellectual property

Permission is granted to use HowLongUntil for personal and commercial time-tracking needs. All branding, countdown algorithms, design assets, and text content are owned by HowLongUntil.

3. Disclaimer of warranties

Our countdown timers are provided “as is” with high-precision synchronization. While we maintain 99.9% accuracy, HowLongUntil shall not be held liable for miscalculations caused by local client device clock errors.

4. Modifications to service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our countdown tools at any time without prior notice.
